Christmas is the culmination of God's plan for mankind. Since the days of Adam and Eve and through the millenniums, man has followed his own way, apart from a relationship with God, and so had no hope of spending eternity with Him.

But God, from the beginning, in His love planned a solution for that problem. He planned Christmas.

Jesus, God's only Son, was God's answer for sin. He was born on this planet on Christmas Day! The sole reason was to give His life on the cross for the forgiveness of our sin, and to bring us back into re-lationship with God which gives us an Eternal hope.

We praise Him that He gives us the opportunity to follow His plan.

Bible scholars through the years have declared John 3:16 as the Golden Text of the Bible. In it we find the source of the first Christmas.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have eternal life."

This was the most costly and treasured gift ever given.
